We provide a quality lifestyle and personal support service by responding to the individual needs of our clients, creating choices, and helping them to achieve their potential for independence. We specialise in Support that empowers people in their later years to live independently in their own homes.

Consult
Set aside up to three hours to talk to our experienced team about your needs and wants. We’ll learn all about you, your existing supports, interests and goals and ago through your NDIS package to discuss options.

Agreement
If it seems like we’re a fit for you, we’ll draw up a service agreement that lays out what we will deliver to help you get to where you want to be. If we’re not a fit, we’ll guide you to the best provider for your circumstances.

Support
Using our understanding of who you are as a person and what you need from us, we’ll match you with a support worker you’ll really connect with. We always do our best to get you the right support worker to assist your personal needs.

Our Organisation
VitaliCare is an inclusive organisation committed to empowering and supporting participants of all abilities. Through the provision of evidence-based practice, we support participants with their nursing care needs, daily living experiences and community participation. At VitaliCare, “Respect and Empowerment” are guaranteed.
For many participants, it is the first time they have received the disability support they need from the NDIS, and it is only through transparent support like ours that they can make a change to their daily living experiences, ability to participate in the community and get the best level of nursing care.
