Do you have an SDA home or vacancy in Caboolture?
Yes. Our Caboolture home is High Physical Support Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a double garage. One bathroom has a step-free shower and a wall-hung basin. Kallangur (SDA) and Griffin (SIL) are our other homes. Vacancies change; ring 1300 983 903 or look on our Properties page for current details.
Is there a Vitali Care office in Caboolture?
No. We come to you in Caboolture, at your home or wherever the support is needed, rather than working from an office in town. Our only office is G2/60-62 Coonan St, Indooroopilly, which takes visitors. Ring 1300 983 903 for a first conversation by phone, or we'll arrange to meet you in Caboolture.
Can you help veterans at home in Caboolture?
Yes. We offer DVA Veterans' Home Care for everyday jobs at home, and DVA community nursing for Gold and White Card holders who qualify. DVA decides eligibility and what's approved. If you need a hand with a claim first, the Caboolture-Morayfield & District RSL Sub Branch on King Street lists DVA claims among its services.
Can support include outings around Caboolture?
Yes, if your NDIS plan covers community access. Centenary Lakes on Morayfield Road has accessible parking and toilets, Caboolture Library in the Hub on Hasking Street has accessible parking, and Morayfield Shopping Centre is also on Morayfield Road. Outings are planned around what you enjoy.
