Do you have an office in Ipswich?
No. Our office is at G2/60-62 Coonan St, Indooroopilly, and we support people in Ipswich at home and in the community. Indooroopilly is on the same T1 Ipswich/Rosewood train line as Goodna, Redbank and Ipswich stations, so you can visit us too. Call 1300 983 903 first.
Do you support people in Greenbank?
Yes. Greenbank is in the City of Logan rather than the City of Ipswich, and we support people there as well. Call 1300 983 903 to talk through what you need, and we'll tell you on the first call whether we can help and how soon.
Can you help at home after a stay at Ipswich Hospital?
Ask us about community nursing and daily living support at home after a stay at Ipswich Hospital or another hospital. Your hospital team handles your discharge, and we can talk with you or your family about the support you'd like once you're home.
I'm a veteran or a veteran's partner in Ipswich. Can you help?
RAAF Base Amberley sits on the outskirts of Ipswich. We can talk with veterans, war widows and widowers across the city about DVA Veterans' Home Care and community nursing. DVA decides who is eligible and which services you can receive, and we'll explain each step.
