How we can help

Support for people on the Gold Coast.

Tell us what a usual week on the coast looks like, and we'll give you a clear answer about what we can arrange and how soon.

Disability support

Personal care, help at home and support with daily routines, shaped around your NDIS goals and the way you like to live.

Supported living

Support with everyday tasks in your own place or a shared home, with hours set around your plan.

Veteran home care

DVA Veterans' Home Care and community nursing in your home for Gold and White Card holders on the coast.

Community nursing

Nursing care at home, planned with your GP or hospital team. Ask us whether we can start in your suburb.

Community access

Getting to Pacific Fair, Australia Fair, Robina Town Centre, the beach or appointments, on the G:link or by car.

A first chat

Talk it through by phone first. Where we can, we'll arrange to visit you at home on the coast.

Who it's for

For coast residents and the families behind them

People living anywhere from Coomera and Helensvale down to Robina and Varsity Lakes who want a straight answer on the first call and support that comes to them at home.

  • NDIS participants and the families who plan with them
  • DVA Gold or White Card holders, including war widows and widowers
  • Family on the coast calling for a parent, partner or child

Funding we work with

NDIS plans, whether self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed, and DVA Veterans' Home Care and community nursing for Gold and White Card holders.

Have your NDIS plan or DVA card handy when you call, along with the support you're after and the days that suit you. Not sure what your plan covers? We'll go through it with you.

What happens when you call

Three steps, no pressure.

  1. Call or leave your details

Ring us or leave your details here. A name, a number and a rough idea of the support is enough to start.

  2. We talk it through

We go through funding, the kind of support that could work and any questions you have. We can come to your home if that's easier.

  3. You decide

If we miss you, we'll call back by close of the next business day. There's no obligation to go ahead.

Questions

Gold Coast FAQs

Can't see your question? Our team is happy to help, in plain English.

Call 1300 983 903
Do you have an office on the Gold Coast?
No. Our office is at G2/60-62 Coonan St, Indooroopilly, in Brisbane. For people on the Gold Coast, the first chat is by phone on 1300 983 903, or we can arrange to visit you at home at a time that suits.
Which parts of the Gold Coast do you support?
We support people from Coomera to Varsity Lakes, including Southport, Ashmore, Nerang and Robina. Whether we can start in your suburb, and when, depends on your needs, your funding and our staffing, and we will tell you plainly on the first call.
Can you help me get to appointments at Gold Coast University Hospital or Robina Hospital?
Ask us about community access and travel support for appointments, including at Gold Coast University Hospital in Southport and Robina Hospital. What we can arrange depends on your NDIS plan or DVA approval, and we'll go through it with you.
Can support include a trip to the beach?
If the beach matters to you, tell us. The City of Gold Coast lends free beach wheelchairs from lockboxes at places including Burleigh Heads, Miami, Labrador and Paradise Point, and Broadwater Parklands in Southport has permanent beach matting. We can plan community access around outings like these.
I'm a veteran living on the Gold Coast. Can you help?
Ask us about DVA Veterans' Home Care and community nursing at home on the coast. DVA sets eligibility and the services approved for you, and we'll explain how it works and whether we can start in your suburb.
