Using your NDIS funding

Support with us can be funded through your NDIS plan. Bring your plan to our first chat and we'll go through which supports fit your goals and budget, in plain English. Not sure what your plan covers? We can help you work it out.

Getting started is simple.

    Tell us what you need and what matters to you, and we'll set a meeting with our service delivery manager.

  2. Build your plan

    With you, we strategise and mark down your goals, then agree on times and the team who'll support you.

  3. Meet your team

    We begin slowly introducing you to your conscientious team that you can trust and depend on.

Do I need an NDIS plan to get disability support?
Most of our disability support is funded through the NDIS, so a plan is the usual starting point. If you're still applying or waiting for a plan, call us and we'll talk through your options.
Can I choose my support workers?
Yes, you have a say. We introduce you to your team before support starts and match people to your needs and interests. If something isn't working, tell us and we'll work with you to change it.
Which areas do you cover?
We support people across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Moreton Bay, from our office in Indooroopilly.
How quickly can support start?
It depends on what you need and when. Call 1300 983 903 or request a call back and we'll give you a realistic start date on the first call.
Can I change my support later?
Yes. You can ask to change times, tasks or goals at any time, and we'll review your support with you regularly. Your service agreement explains notice periods for changes and cancellations. Changes to your NDIS plan itself are made with the NDIA.
